Creation of Childhood 2019

This is the sixth yearly exhibition with the title Creation of Childhood. The aim is to stimulate creative work and creative thinking of school children from the age of two to sixteen. Participants each time are children and artists who create works according to the theme, which this time is the world and the universe in a broad sense.
This year preschool children will visit the museum and created their artwork there, under guidance from the curator.
Participants: Kristinn E. Hrafnsson, Rósa Kristín Júlíusdóttir, the elementary school Hlíðarskóli and 25 five-year-old children from the preschool Kiðagil.
